General situation
You have arrived at the end of the world, the central tip, Crozon peninsula and its magnificent sandy beaches.
The Villa is located at one kilometer from one of them, the beach of the Aber accessible on foot (1km) or by car (2,2km).
It is a safe beach without violent currents that offers to the little ones the pleasure of wading in puddles at the foot of the cliffs and to the older ones to indulge in all the practices more or less sports, from contemplation to reading, or swimming, surfing through paddle boarding, kayaking, kite surfing or fishing on foot.
A very important point, the large free parking very close to the pier which allows you to park close to bring your impressive equipment.
Situation of the Villa

The Villa is nestled on the edge of a wood, at the end of a long private road and dominates its huge land of over 7 acres, bearing the echoes of authentic Brittany, just like its ancestral name meaning " the lapwings' warren" and its real menhir standing a few meters from the terrace.
For a stay as a couple, with family or friends, from 2 and up to 8 people, the Villa Goarem Gordiguen welcomes you away from any neighborhood guaranteeing you the essential calm to your holidays. Your only neighbor is 100 meters away.

For an idyllic stay
The rooms
The rooms are spread over 2 floors.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms:
- The first, spacious, is the most complete and comfortable of the Villa with its high-end electric bed 2X90X200, a TV of 80 cm and a beautiful dressing.
- The second, right next to it, would be ideal for a young child, bed 90X200 and possibility of having a baby bed.
On the floor two rooms and the mezzanine:
- The blue room overlooking to the garden, bed 160/200 and writing.
- Red room overlooking to the wood, Beds 140/200, 90/200 and Large office.
- Finally, the mezzanine and its magnificent Louis XV bed with exceptional comfort.
The mattresses are new or recent, and the bed linen is cotton percale or satin.
Each double bed has a double duvet, 4 pillows and each single bed has a single duvet a bolster and a pillow.
If you share the same bed and you prefer 2 simple duvets, tell us, we have everything planned!
Finally, darkness is guaranteed in the rooms thanks to the electric shutters on the windows and the blackout blinds on the skylights.
To be totally franc, we lived in the Villa for a few years before offering it for seasonal rental, and I see at the end of each stay, at the time of the last exchanges, that we are all unanimous to recognize how well we sleep there.
The living roomThe dining room
The set measures nearly 40 M2.
The living room of 25 m2 is organized around the fireplace which once closed will provide you with a delicious warmth, and in addition we offer you the wood so that you can fully enjoy it.
The leather armchairs are an invitation to rest or enjoy the huge bouquet of TV channels such as:
- The integral of Canal+ by the Cube
- The Astra international bouquet
- British channels
The dining room opens onto a panoramic view of the garden from where you will encounter the passageways of various animals such as squirrels or important varieties of birds.
We thought that the piano deserved its place in front of the garden so that it emerges the most beautiful melodies.
Here, expect to be in communion with nature.
Moreover, I advise you not to close the shutters in this part of the Villa during the night in order to assist as soon as you wake up to the different movements of small animals.
For the toilet
On the ground floor,
The bathroom is equipped with a double basin and a shower of 80X140,
an independent bathroom and the Sauna bring a complement of very appreciable comfort.
In the center of the first floor,
An independent bathroom and toilets.
The kitchen
The kitchen is large enough that you can have meals at 4 or cook with your family.
You will discover impressive equipment to prepare tasty dishes for 2 people and more.
Dishware, everything is provided for larger families, Everything is white and we rely on accessories such as presentation plates so you can color your table in green, red, gold or silver.
The glassware is complete and varied to satisfy lovers of fruit juice, champagne, wine or strong alcohol.
A temperature-controlled wine cellar keeps up to 16 bottles in the best conditions.
Cutlery is duplicate and very young children have theirs to.
The appliances were carefully selected to the smallest appliances and the choice between the coffee makers was so complicated that finally there are 4, a Nespresso, a percolator, an Italian and the best for last, the filter coffee maker. bluetooth that you can program from your bed ...
In addition, you will receive at the same time as the rental contract the list of products that we have deemed useful to leave in the Villa for the sole purpose of facilitating the start of your holiday.

Our 2 children are now adults but we did not forget everything that amused them and aroused their interest.
The garden
The Villa is located on a plot of more than 7 acres that it shares only with another house 100 meters away.
And then, according to the season, you will discover animals that live near the villa, mainly birds such as blackbirds and thrushes, wagtails, torch-potato nuthatches, finches, greenfinches and tits, jays and magpies, pheasants, woodcocks, pigeons and cuckoos, tawny owls, variable buzzards, green picks and great spotted woodpeckers ... not to mention the squirrels ...
But you will be the only ones to enjoy these spaces by practicing the choice, football, badminton, golf or deck chair.
And then, according to the season, you will discover animals that live near the villa, mainly birds such as blackbirds and thrushes, wagtails, torch-potato nuthatches, finches, greenfinches and tits, jays and magpies, pheasants, woodcocks, pigeons and cuckoos, tawny owls, variable buzzards, green picks and great spotted woodpeckers ... not to mention the squirrels ...
The golf driving range is divided into two parts, the first is passable all year long and has 4 holes, the second more rustic but allows the firing from June to March.
We take care personally of the maintenance of the lawn so as not to disturb you. Whenever possible, clipping takes place during your absence or at appropriate times.
And animals?
They are welcome, up to two pets per stay.
The property is ideal for large-area dogs, it is naturally impassable, fenced with thick hedges of trees and coppice.
This year, we made the decision to close the edge of the Villa, the work began.
A rigid fence now separates the wood from the back of the Villa and a line of large panels with a height of 1.80m is in place. The portal will be set as soon as possible.
You will love the outdoor shower to rinse with warm water your pet returning from the beach.
